the email may have gone to your ‘promotions’ folder or tab

It should be from ‘Farhan Qureshi’ with the title ‘Confirm your subscription’

If you’re using Hotmail

the email could arrive incorrectly in the ‘Junk’ folder.

Go check those folders if the email hasn’t landed in your inbox and click the link inside those emails to confirm your subscription – then we can get started.
